After returning from the UK in 2005, Wilhelm recognized the need for a specialized local actuarial recruitment firm here in South Africa. “Compared to the UK, there were very few recruiters that really understood the industry. Very few people you could trust with the task of securing you a role that ‘ticks your boxes’” He started the business with his wife in 2006, not realising how fulfilling this new venture would be. “We help people. That is ultimately what we do. It is incredibly rewarding to look back on a successful placement when you know you made a difference in someone’s life.” Since then, they have established themselves as one of the leading actuarial recruitment firms in South Africa.
Henda joined the team in 2009 has really made a positive impact on the business from the outset. This brother/sister team shares the same passion for people and revel in seeing others reaching their goals. They work with all the major employers in South Africa and the feedback from both employers and candidates are overwhelmingly positive.
Wilhelm and Henda are both qualified actuaries who will look after all your recruitment needs. They know the South African market inside out and have many established contacts throughout the industry. Whether you are looking to fill a strategic position or looking for a new challenge, we would love to help. We trust that you will find our service excellent and the whole process quick, efficient and professional from start to finish.
“Our business is very blessed and SA3 is favoured for it provides a service of reliable integrity to benchmark companies in our industry. We believe strongly that we are blessed to be a blessing and of those who have received abundantly much will be expected. It would be against our convictions to live for ourselves or to accumulate wealth for no purpose.”
Over the years, we have invested significant amounts of time, money and expertise in our local communities, where we are witnessing healing and transformation at grassroots level. Wilhelm is a trustee and the chair of the JGE Funding Trust, responsible for building a no-fee technical high school (www.jgt.co.za) for over 1000 children in Bonnievale. We are committed to the transformation process in South Africa.
