Our client is a leading provider of a comprehensive range of financial solutions. They are looking for a Senior Actuarial Student to join their Product Development and Management team as Lifestyle Benefits Manager. The role will focus on the management and development of loyalty and rewards value propositions and behavioural science tools to improve key value for clients and product houses in the business.
Candidates who are interested should have a demonstrated history of financial management, modelling, budgeting and forecasting in a business environment. You should have experience in querying databases and using statistical computer languages when managing data, e.g. R, Python and SQL, as well as experience visualising/presenting data for stakeholder use. You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions, as well as a proven track record in partnership engagement. You should also have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing a framework on client engagement and behaviour for rewards value propositions.
- Building and maintaining financial models to estimate and track usage and cost of lifestyle benefits for internal and external purposes.
- Researching new engagement opportunities and assisting with business development to offer new loyalty and rewards benefits for key behavioural science outcomes.
- Engaging with stakeholders across the business to design and produce reports on financial performance of products with loyalty bonuses and belonging to loyalty members.
- Assisting in the development and execution of key functions in the Product Team to support the Loyalty and Rewards department with analytical insights and management feedback.
- Supporting Marketing, Sales and Operational functions with developing and driving personalised customer rewards value propositions.
