The 2022 Salary Survey was concluded and shared with respondents in January. The results were based on data collected via the SA3 App over a period of 3 months, starting at the 2022 ASSA Convention in October and ending in December. The signs of hope have started to emerge, and 2022 was marked by a correction in salaries and bonus expectations, as the country moved into the convalescent phase of the pandemic and companies’ financials started improving.
