Director: Growth and Customer Success – SA1452

Our client is a pioneering fintech company that provides personalised advice and tools to help individuals achieve their financial goals and maximise their financial potential. They are looking for a Qualified Actuary to join their team as the Director of Growth and Customer Success. In this role, you will be at the forefront of the company’s expansion efforts, responsible for spearheading business development and growth initiatives.  

Candidates who are interested should have a strong background in financial services, in particular exposure to insurance and long-term savings products is essential. You should possess the knowledge and experience to navigate the complexities of the financial services sector. Exposure to technology-driven businesses will be advantageous. You should have a demonstrated ability to lead, grow and manage a team effectively. You should have proven experience as a business builder and the ability to engage a wide range of audiences and stakeholders.  

Responsibilities will include: 

• Designing and executing innovative growth strategies to scale operations and increase market share. 
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless product launches and effective market penetration. 
• Managing and optimising revenue growth across different business lines. 
• Leading the negotiation, implementation and management of strategic partnerships. 
• Overseeing the commercial and operational aspects of new and existing partner programmes. 
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key B2B partners. 
• Directing and developing a high-performing team of key account managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. 
• Serving as a leading industry figure, advocating for the company’s mission and values in public forums and with stakeholders.
