Divisional Manager: Strategic Clients Solutions – SA1463

Our client is a growing, fast-paced and dynamic company that provides comprehensive employee benefits products to their clients. They are looking for a Qualified Actuary to join their Strategic Clients Solutions team as Divisional Manager. 

Candidates who are interested should have at least 5 years’ actuarial experience and thorough knowledge of the corporate and employee benefits industry in SA. You should be able to manage a team effectively and demonstrate keen business acumen while managing various projects successfully. You should be adept at planning and organising and dealing with pressure, tight deadlines and setbacks. You should be able to present and communicate information effectively. 

Responsibilities will include: 

• Sales and support by leading product launches and compiling and presenting presentations to applicable audiences. 
• Collaborating with Technical Marketing heads and senior executives across different business units. 
• Data analysis and insights by leading a data insights function to uncover new trends / statistics and presenting these trends to the applicable audiences. 
• Product development 
• Building effective relationships with the relevant teams in the company.
