Head: Life Valuations – SA1457

Our client is an insurance as well as investment products services provider. They are looking for a Qualified Actuary to Head their Life Valuations team.  

Candidates who are interested should have at least 8 years’ experience in Life Assurance reporting. You should have demonstrated leadership ability and have the ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholders, internally and externally, and in various countries and cultures. 

Responsibilities will include: 

• Overseeing and conducting actuarial valuations for the life assurance business across various countries in the organisation. 
• Providing actuarial support to the business, managing key projects and assisting the statutory actuary in meeting regulatory reporting requirements. 
• Contributing to enhancing the profitability and overall effectiveness of the business in achieving its objectives.
