Life and Non-Life Senior Consultants and Managers – BM1476

Our client is a global professional services firm offering audit, consulting, tax and advisory services to a wide range of clients across various industries, is looking for Life and Non-Life Senior Consultants and Managers to work in Bermuda. 

Candidates who are interested should have at least 3 years of consultancy experience or experience working in a client-facing setting for Senior Consultant level roles, and should be familiar with Solvency II, IFRS and GAAP reporting, and should have experience with IFRS 17 implementation projects. For Manager level roles, candidates should have at least 5 years of experience, with an interest in supporting the practice’s sales efforts including opportunity identification, qualification and proposal development / presentation. 

Responsibilities will include: 

For Senior Consultants: 

• Delivering actuarial projects to develop solutions for clients in the insurance industry.  
• Delivering a variety of actuarial service offerings.  
• Participating in marketing and business development efforts.  
• Communicating actuarial concepts to a diverse audience. 

For Managers: 

• Leading and providing client services, including economic capital modelling, risk management, determination of loss reserves, reporting and audit support.  
• Understanding the clients’ business environment and applying leading methodologies to analyse and solve their most complex issues.  
• Taking the lead role in developing service offerings for clients.  
• Developing your team’s capabilities to identify upcoming areas of demand, driven by regulatory and market trends.  
• Committed to the success of the practice and working to contribute to its growth and business development.
